On a daily basis, the President speaks with many of our employees, and he frequently puts out informal communications to clarify topics of interest to all. Many of the discussions that ensue on a daily basis result in changes to company policy. From top to bottom, we can all have an impact on the direction and performance of the company, and all voices are heard. It is incumbent on you to speak up when you feel change is necessary. Only in doing so can we become the very best at what we do. E-mail has been a common forum for information, and the future may see us moving to a newsletter. We strive to recognize group and individual performance, and public affirmation is the best way to accomplish such recognition.

Within very narrow guidelines, Bulldog supports flextime, depending on the requirements of the division manager. Such flexibility is solely up to the discretion of the division manager or team leader. The customer must always come first.
